Band Fit is Critical:

  • Wear watch snugly for consistent sensor contact

Wear Consistently:

  • All-day wearing provides best health insights
  • Overnight wearing essential for sleep and temperature tracking
  • Remove only when charging

Keep Sensors Clean:
