How to Fix Common Pairing Issues

If you're having trouble pairing your watch, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Basic Restart: Press and hold the crown for 3 seconds, then tap Restart.
  2. Bluetooth Toggle: Turn Bluetooth off and on for both your watch and your phone.
  3. Clear Cache: On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Google Pixel Watch > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Proximity Check: Keep your devices within 0.5 meters of each other during pairing.
  5. Network Reset: On your phone, reset your Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth settings.
  6. Factory Reset: As a last resort, a factory reset will erase all data and settings from your watch.

Note for Samsung phone users: Users with Samsung devices, particularly those running beta software, have reported higher rates of pairing failures.
